IPM was founded in 1998 by Jonas Rinné and Anders Lindell, offering customised advice on tactical asset allocation. In 2001, IPM became an investment management company, specialising in GTAA and Currency Management strategies. Today the company is a market leader in those areas.
In 2005, IPM added equity management using the Fundamental Index® approach to its product suite, giving our clients access to a groundbreaking methodology that adds significant value to equity portfolios by breaking the link between a stock's price and its weighting in the construction of an index. Since then asset growth in Fundamental Index strategies has been exceptional, and IPM is the leading European provider.
In 2010, the company complemented its institutional offering by adding Commodity and Multi Strategy approaches.
