Ulf Wissén has held a seat on the Board of Directors since 2006 and advises IPM on strategic investment management issues and risk management issues. He is also a member of IPM’s Risk Management Committee and the Board's Compensation Committee. Ulf is a founder and Chairman of Ciphion AB, a proprietary trading firm, and he was previously a founding partner of Endeavour Capital Management; working there from its inception until 2006. The company was at its peak, a USD 3.5 billion global fixed-income relative-value fund. Before setting up Endeavour, Ulf was a Managing Director of the Fixed-Income Arbitrage desk at Salomon Brothers. He started his career in the financial markets in 1985 as a senior economist at the Riksbank (the Swedish Central Bank) managing its foreign exchange and gold reserves.
